Day 14 Complete – Yoga

How Do I Get Ripped?

Day 14 yoga done. Much needed after a long week of workouts… Helped alleviate the soreness in my arms and legs. I actually did the Patience Hummingbird Yoga DVD from the Beachbody One-on-One series. Good stuff. Yoga is a key component of any well-rounded fitness program. Took me a good year to actually ENJOY yoga. However, I am a big fan now as it helps clear my mind. Time for some dinner and football!
