Day 13 Chest, Shoulders and Arms done. My new tub of Superpump 250 arrived today and helped me push hard with the heavy weights. Great workout! Increased weight on all movements. I definitely did much better lifting in the afternoon today relative to 5AM during the week. Time for a shower and then grill some steaks…
