How Do I Get Ripped?

Gotta love rest days. Gives my body a chance to recover from the workouts and I get MORE sleep. Had a big Shakeology smoothie for breakfast this morning to start the day off right. Tomorrow is Chest, Shoulders and Arms. I may even enjoy some Captain Morgan tonight to celebrate the end of a long week. Everyone have a good day…
