How Do I Get Ripped?

Day 10 Interval X+ done. Great workout from the P90X+ series. For those that do not know, P90X+ was released after P90X primarily for graduates of the program. P90X+ comes with 5 new DVDs including upper, lower, total body-type workouts , abs and cardio. As the name implies, Interval X+ is interval cardio! I have mentioned before my thoughts on interval cardio with regard to the positive impact on ramping metabolism and calorie burn. Great workout. No different today… made it through the workout without issue and enjoyed the mix of total body moves from pushups to leg movements. Highly recommended! Tomorrow is Back, Legs and Waist.
