Day 1 Complete. Chest, Shoulders and Arms

How Do I Get Ripped?

Wow. Day 1 of my new lean mass gain hybrid is complete! The chest, shoulders and arms routine was insane. I am already sore (and made sure I took my P90X Results and Recovery Formula). I consider this first workout a baseline for the rest of the 60-day program. To be honest, I had a major headache from enjoying too much Captain Morgan last night while decorating the Christmas tree… it would have been VERY easy to NOT work out. To get results though you must stay committed! With that said, the workout went well. The highlight for me was flat bench press with 80-lb dumbbells. I look forward to getting back to my previous strength where I was using 95-lb dumbbells on the last set for flat bench press. The other movements in the workout targeted the range of muscles (and stabilizers) for chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps and forearms using strategic sets and reps. Total workout time of 1 hour. Awesome workout! Tomorrow is P90X One-on-One : Ab Ripper X 2 (and no Captain Morgan). BRING IT!!
