Day 1 Insanity Asylum Hybrid – PUSH done.

Day 1 – PUSH = 3 Sets x 8,6,4 at 90-sec rest between sets [target shoulders, chest, triceps, abs]

Bench Press
Shoulder Press
Decline Press
Chest Fly
Shoulder Fly
Incline Press
Weighted Dips
Weighted Hanging Knee Raise (Abs)

Awesome workout today. I added Shoulder Fly and Hanging Knee Raise to the schedule. Workout took me approx 50 minutes. I was able to complete all sets and recorded increases needed for next week PUSH. I used 50-lbs for weighted dips and 15-lbs for hanging knee raise. All other exercises went well typically in the 70-80-lbs dumbbell range for variations of chest press. Shoulder press was in the 55-lb dumbbell range. Previously I have been in the 90-lb dumbbell range for chest press and 60-70-lb range for shoulder press so those are my targets in the next month. Time for P90X Recovery Formula followed by shower and then work. Tomorrow is Asylum Speed and Agility. Everyone keep up the good work and DIG DEEP today!!
